Our mission is to produce the best quality products and services we can offer, each casting is inspected by members of our team before its shipped to ensure this goal is met.

What do we do?
Accrite Aluminium ltd is a private limited company located within Ellistown, Leicestershire. We specialise in Aluminium sand casting. We have been working with Aluminium for over 60 years and have been trading as a private limited company for over 35 years. Although we are a small business, we have the facilities and capacity to produce castings up to 700kg in size.
As the foundry industry has changed with the modern age, we at Accrite use a mix of traditional and modern casting methods to achieve the best quality castings for our customers. Over the years, we have worked on a large and diverse amount of jobs ranging from cm thick to metres in length. We operate using adjustable moulding boxes which allows us to change our boxes in length and width depending on your requirements within reason. All of our metal used can be verified with conformity certificates upon request and will be double checked by members of the team before being shipped out.
Sustainability
Accrite Aluminium ltd uses sustainable practices to ensure that our carbon footprint is as minimal as possible. All of our shipping boxes are recycled or reused boxes, although this may seem strange, we purposely do this to mitigate the amount of trees we are cutting down for shipping. Accrite promises that the sand we use is sustainable and renewable. Up to 73% of our sand is reclaimed to be used again for various jobs.
Because we operate a made to order policy, no excess energy is wasted when melting down Ali for unnecessary purposes. We also have a varying size of furnaces to deal with different volumes of metal to be able to tackle any job with minimal waste.

Provided that you can supply us with a pattern, drawing, CAD file or a prototype casting, we will do our best to help you bring your vision to life. We work alongside our local pattern maker businesses to produce high quality patterns to allow for as many castings as you require.
As of today, we work alongside multiple businesses regularly to produce their made to order patterns. These include: Metal signs, Pumps, Pistons, Engines, Plaques, Pipes, Injection Mould Templates, Rotational Moulding Templates and Engineering Castings for all different sectors.
